By the time you read this the Playschool children will have just broken up for the Easter holidays. We hope everyone has an enjoyable break. In the last week of term the residents at Glebe Court organised an Easter Egg Hunt for the children. We would like to say a big THANK YOU to the residents for a really fun morning.

Next term will be busy with the Playschool being full to capacity.

Our first fund raiser is The Barnardos Big Toddle. This year the theme is “pirates”. The children will do a sponsored walk around the school field. Last year the children thoroughly enjoyed taking part and they all received a medal and certificate. The money raised is split between Barnardos and Playschool.

 On Sunday July 4th is our “Fun on the Field”. Please keep this date in your diaries as a fun packed afternoon is sure to be had. Over the years this event has proved to be so successful it has become our main fund raiser. More information will be posted in May and Junes Parish News. 

Have you got a two year old? Have you put their name down on our waiting list? If you haven’t its not too late. Children can start at Playschool the term of their third birthday and if we have spaces when they are two and a half, if you want an early start.
